I tried almond and coconut milk in it, not impressed. So no espresso it is.

I also called my 80 year old ma and thanked her for breastfeeding us all during the 50's, 60's, and 70's. She is a stick to your guns type of lady, thank goodness.
Yeh. If I don't have heavy cream, I just skip the coffee.

*wistful* I want awesome grandparents. Does anyone have some I can borrow?

I am looking into adding ginseng into my daily (or so) regimen. It is an addition that is suggested, but I did not really look at it much.
However, I had some yesterday and today, and I am a little intrigued now.
I slept much better last night, and woke up fully at 6 am, rather then at 4am.
Curious to see what happens tonight...

I'm going to have to read more into this when I have some spare time. (Spare time? What's that?) But, for as long as I can remember, I've done better if I take a nap during the afternoon. I normally get sleepy right after lunch. Now I'm wondering if there's some health reason to it. Since I've switched to whole milk, I'm finding I still get sleepy, but it's later in the day, and sometimes I can go thru the whole day w/out feeling like I need a nap!

:ya I am totally off the thyroid support :weee
Just on the adrenal support now, and I feel fantastic!
It has been several days now, since I crashed in the morning as well.
Each night is different still.
I do wake up all the way at around 4am, but can actually fall back asleep within 30 minutes, so that is an improvement for sure.
