Anybody ever freeze cottage cheese???

If you have, what was the outcome when you thawed it??

I found it rather grainy after thawing, not creamy as it is before freezing. If you whiz it a blender it is fine, for adding to things, but it isn't at all like fresh, for just eating straight.
