Good morning. I had forgotten how toddlers go into a meltdown when they realize they can’t rely on their diapers. The first day was a huge success. She sat on the pot and peed. We didn’t have the training pants for another 2 days but she used the potty regardless and kept dry way longer than usual. Now she has the pants and has had a few accidents and resulting meltdowns. We will work on it but DH’s
glasses are ready for pickup and we will have to take a ride to the city. Need to decide if diapers will be needed or if we take potty training on the road.
We had a litter of 16 rabbit kittens born last week. I never imagined such a litter. DH and his imaginary friend have been talking about setting up a rabbit colony instead of caged rabbits. I have been talking about it for years so I hope they are serious. It would increase our success stories due to problems we can eliminate due to severe weather conditions. The earth can protect the colony from the heat or cold. The same principles can protect us if we all decide to make earth shelters a regular thing but try to go there and see everyone go completely crazy.
I repaired DH’s overalls and had to cut off 5 inches from the bottom to make a massive patch from zipper to crotch he ripped dealing with problems in the goat pen. I still don’t know exactly how such a massive rip occurs to a new overall in a goat pen but my imagination has been working on a story that is probably not what really happened. Regardless, DH does take Coumadin. I hope I secured the rip to the patch strongly and attached the patch securely to the garment. But I need the full story.
I’m waiting for a pound of ginseng to come in because the fatigue is killing me. Cancer or not the house has to be cleaned and eventually the parish will start sending me threatening letters again. I tried buying a bottle at the Dollar Store but they didn’t have it. I saw it in capsule form but it was advertised as sexual aids. Very suggestive pictures!! That’s not at all what I need it for!! Good Lord!!
