Bacon Cheddar and Fresh Chive Biscuits (Run! Here comes WZ!! ;o) )

I decided the that I have to try these - the chives are springing up in the herb garden, and need to be used :lol:. So, please tell me, those of you who have made this, how many, approx., does the recipe make? I imagine I can freeze extras, but for just one person I'm not sure if I want to do the whole recipe. The bacon is defrosting, and I am looking forward to dinner.

I can't turn my back for a MINUTE! You are worse than my son! I ended up helping him clean out the car and it was full of candy wrappers, energy drinks, old donut boxes...he blamed it on his room mate :gig

Forget dinner ... I made them for lunch! :lol: Very nice, but I cut back on the salt because of the cheese and the bacon, and really shouldn't have added any at all ... but that is probably just my weird taste. I used kefir instead of buttermilk. And halved the recipe, but also made the biscuits about half the recommended size. I ended up with 1 dozen.
