Bacon Cheese Burger Meatloaf and Bacon Explosion page 4 (if you dare!)

I made the bacon explosion and it was a big hit.
I had lots of extra meatloaf mixture and extra bacon. So I made mini loaves and froze them. I used a hamburger sized amount of the meatloaf mix and put a piece of cheese in it and flattened it into an oval hamburger. I made sure the cheese was completely covered in the meat. Then I wrapped a piece of bacon around it. I wrapped them individually in plastic wrap and then I used the foodsavor to package them for the freezer.
SO took them out of the freezer tonight and baked them in the oven. I am lucky I got to eat one. They turned out great.
