I am so excited to actually be able to pick something! I am going to shred most of it for squash fritters and put them in the freezer.So I wish someone would develop a tomato that didn't take 65 -90 days to develop and ripen! I can't wait for my tomato sandwiches.

At the height of tomato season, we have what we call tomato supper. We both pile a plate up with sliced tomatoes, salt them and chow down!
