They follow me everywhere!!!!! One of the reasons I can't wait to get those sheep into a rotational grazing paddock...so I won't be stampeded every time I set foot in the back yard....

Thanks, everyone! I tend to see it as an eyesore and would love to have a rustic wattle fence or a pretty picket style fence....but then, that wouldn't be my life. I am a plain jane functional kind of gal, so it's only fitting that my fence is pretty rough!

BB...did you see those chairs in the background? I found the most amazing folding chaise chairs that were my Mother's Day, Birthday and Christmas present to myself and the Bat....I can now lounge comfortably while watching my menagerie roam the lawn!

For now? The sheep are trying desparately to shed their itchy wool coats and they keep knocking over my chaise.... and trying to break down my garden fencing by rubbing their butts on it!

I really love living here!!!

Yes I seen those chairs under that tall pine! They look very relaxing. We found two wire mesh chairs on the side of the street during junk days, you wouldn't think, but they are SO comfortable! Or maybe that's just because we sit in them for a break after working on something.

The metal legs sink into the ground, but nothing a tin can can't stop!

BTW, did you get my email a couple weeks ago?

Those chaise are like having portable Lazy Boys in one's yard...amazingly comfortable and weather proof! Love 'em!

Here's a pic of the Bettys and our visiting Lothario...BIG MOE! He is a big baby and loves me to pull out his shedding hair/wool and scratch his head. We really like having him around as he is one eatin' machine! Shoulda called him Jethro.....

Nah....THIS, my friends, is a little piece of Heaven on Earth! This is in a valley called the Blue Grass Valley, right across the WV/VA border. This pic does not do it justice....this valley is approx. 42 miles long and every inch is a vista! You should see it when the leaves are all out and again in the fall...nearly all maple trees. Lots of maple syrup produced in this valley.....

There are farms scattered down that valley with old houses that would make you drool....literal mansions...and most stand empty!

This is the place where I covet the most...... I drove there today on my way home from church just to see it again....I would really love to live there one day. Cattle and sheep as far as the eye can see, on smooth green pastures ringed by HUGE mountain ranges with rugged stone ridges and outcroppings.
