This is something I just pulled out of my hat this afternoon when I got a hankerin for McD's, which is rare anymore, but since I can't eat there anyway, I reinvented the wheel so to speak.
Hope ya'll enjoy
Ripoff Mac Sauce
----------------
3/4 c. mayo
1/4 c. mustard
3 tsp. sugar
1/8 cup onion(fresh or reconstituted)
1/2 c. sweet pickle relish
Mix all together well.
Casserole
---------------
2 pounds ground red meat(I used venison, but can use beef)
12 slices of American cheese
1 medium yellow onion diced
bread dough(frozen, homemade, whatever, could probably sub. canned biscuits as well)
Brown and drain ground meat, and put in the bottom of a greased 9x13 casserole pan. Top with diced onion. Cover with a good thick layer of Ripoff Mac Sauce per above recipe. Next, cover with the 12 slices of cheese(may need a few more if you want to add extra cheese to the recipe). Cover the top with the bread dough and bake 20 minutes at 350 degrees, or until bread is done and cheese is melted.
