Blueberry jam recipe, anyone?

Hi--I would appreciate very much a recipe for good blueberry jam. My ideal recipe would be low sugar, pectin free, noncooked and to be stored in the freezer. Is this even possible?

Freezer Blueberry Jam

About 7 (1-cup) containers or 112 servings, 1 Tbsp. each

3 cups prepared fruit (about 2-1/2 pt. fully ripe blueberries) 5-1/4 cups sugar, measured into separate bowl 3/4 cup water 1 box SURE.JELL Fruit Pectin RINSE clean plastic containers and lids with boiling water. Dry thoroughly.

STEM and crush blueberries thoroughly, one layer at a time. Measure exactly 3 cups blueberries into large bowl. Stir in sugar. Let stand 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.

MIX water and pectin in small saucepan. Bring to boil on high heat, stirring constantly. Boil and stir 1 minute. Add to blueberry mixture; stir 3 minutes or until sugar is dissolved and no longer grainy. (A few sugar crystals may remain.)

FILL all containers immediately to within 1/2 inch of tops. Wipe off top edges of containers; immediately cover with lids. Let stand at room temperature 24 hours. Jam is now ready to use. Store in refrigerator up to 3 weeks or freeze extra containers up to 1 year. Thaw in refrigerator before using.

Pectin isnt needed for blueberry jellies and jams. 😄👍 I have tried making blueberry syrup but it has always turned into jelly for me!

My favorite recipe is Blueberry Bonanza from Ball Complete Book of Canning. Its not a low sugar recipe though.

I made an unsweetened blueberry jam but I dont have the recipe anymore. It froze beautifully.

I'm curious about blueberry chia jam. I have a little chia in my smoothie every day because it helps with hydration. Maybe mixing up a blueberry chia jam would make smoothie prep easier? https://colleenchristensennutrition.com/no-sugar-added-blueberry-jam/
