Boy, am I a dingbat sometimes!!!

Just in case anyone thought I was anything special, I will set you straight right now.

I finally got around to putting the last of my dried cayenne peppers from my garden into the new food processor and turned it on to make some red pepper powder. Stuck my face over the top while it was on and took a lungful of fumes..... :sick

Ran out of the room coughing and feeling like an idiot. Then I rubbed my eye.... :th

Left the machine on and ran into the bathroom for some saline and a washcloth.

Came back to the kitchen where the air was full of red pepper dust. The machine is now off with a dish towel thrown over it. Not sure how I will proceed, but think I'd better leave that project for now.....

Good thing no one knows......

I'm just fine, thanks for asking, my eye is red and my lungs are producing some phlegm to get rid of the pepper (nice image, huh?) but the most damage is to my ego!
