Oh, and the temps in Kansas right now? We are going to die. My parents do not have air conditioning.
I'll be calling for cleanup in aisle 5 Wednesday afternoon.
All that will be found is a large puddle, with a small puddle right next to it.
Even my suitcases will likely melt.

You ain't just whistlin' dixie. It is hard on us it is so hot ... and we are used to it! You Alaskans are going to melt your snowballs!

Fortunately the coming week is supposed to be a few degrees cooler..only 95 instead of 100. :/

Have you heard anything about the surgery yet? I am still praying.

What a blessing! I am sure recovery will still take a lot out of him and everyone. I am so glad that you get to come and spend time with him. You are bringing the baby along right?

So happy to hear the surgery went well. Be careful in this heat. It is a real shocker to the system, I can tell ya. When we left Alaska, we moved to OK. It was in the 100's!! WOW, what an eye opener that was.
