BB, do you take the Blue Ice that is butter oil/cod liver oil? Or just straight FCLO???

I found some on Amazon but it's rather spendy. Do you have a better place to buy?

FCLO question - can it cause a detox reaction? I finally decided to try it (and chickened out and bought capsules for my first batch ) and so after 3 days I have had some oddly placed zits pop up. Since the FCLO is the only thing I'm doing differently I conclude that it's the cause and an wow-ed at it if so
