BB, do you take the Blue Ice that is butter oil/cod liver oil? Or just straight FCLO???

I found some on Amazon but it's rather spendy. Do you have a better place to buy?

Gina, the $45 price is pretty much set. It lasts several months though. Doses are only 1/2 tsp for adults.

Be thankful that it's not the $65 that I pay here (everything costs more in Canada).

Glad to hear you have help with your "barn raising", sounds like a yummy dinner planned
