Bumble feet in ducks

I have two Pekin ducks with bumble feet. I soak their feet daily in epsom salts, have given them a vet prescribed antibiotic mixed in fresh tomato or strawberries, and am trying to keep their feet clean. Not so easy with ducks! Any other suggestions from anyone who has dealt with bumble foot?

@donaquijote bless your heart, you come here for help and no one has answered you. I just got 20 baby ducks today, and my chickens have never had bumble foot. I didn't even see this! I'm so sorry. Yes BYC will have all the info. I've had to cut bumblefoot out of one of my roosters before. Good thing he was a very cooperative boy.
