Is regular coconut oil the same as coconut butter?

No. Its the whole coconut ground up, just like peanut butter.
Its much stiffer though.

Oh BubB that sounds like it might work! Although the first batch I did with the PB turned out quite yummy. Just a hint of peanut butter flavor. DD19's boy friend said the aftertaste reminded him of a Tagalong......I dunno about that

I am not sure if the little peanut will eat if it is too coconutty, she is not a fan :/

Any who, I am quite pleased with the black bean/ butternut combo. I really like the texture.

BeccaOH.....just keep an eye on it and check it with a tooth pick but mine was probably between 30-40 mins. I am not a clock person, sorry!
