Ive had commercially made butternut squash ravioli. It was very good.

Trader Joe's has good things for their store brand.

Any other ideas for recipes that use butternut puree?

how about using as a base on a plate and putting something like sloppy joes over it? a good veggie on the side and you've got a good meal for a cold day.

i'm just recalling how some people like to stuff squash with various sausage or meat blends so this would just be another form of that kind of flavors/ingredients.

I had found a butternut squash recipe on the All Recipes site earlier this fall--a little to much processed stuff for my liking but the girls both ate them and I felt a little better giving them those cookies instead of store bought ones. I can search for the recipe if you want.
