Can't change password or stay logged in - need advice

Lately the only way that I can log in to SS is from the link in an email I got when I needed a new password.

I used to stay logged in from day to day. Now I can't. The SS system didn't recognize my password (oops, did I get it right??), so I requested another one. Just trying to log in with that password doesn't work either.

Nor will it let me change the password, but it does get me onto the forum. Can anyone help?

Did you empty your cookies?

Miss theNorth... that was gonna be my suggestion. Clear cookies and temp internet files. If you are using internet explorer, try firefox.

How do you clear cookies?

This happens to me on my other computer. It has been almost a year since I could log on to SS from it. It logs on just fine to BYH and TEG, but not SS or BYC.

Click on start on your bottom left.

A menu will pop up

click on control panel and a new window will open

You will have lots of fun options to choose from... double click on internet options and another little window will open

Click on Delete cookies ...wait for it to finish

click on clear history ....wait for it to finish

then "x" out of the windows and you're done.
