chicken jerky???

Is this possible to make? If so, do you have any good tips?

Well they have tukey jerky so I don't see why not. Like all jerky you'd want to use the lean cuts to reduce shrinkage during the process, but I figure it can be done. I haven't done it, so no recipes. Let me know if you try it.
