Had re-eval on finger today. Movement has improved. I've gained 2mm straighter on first joint and others are stable. Middle joint I need to watch because it really wants to curve. Brace on periodically during day and at night.
Strength isn't quite back in hand, but it's actually better than before revision surgery. So that's an improvement.

in looking at the page for the item it says:
"Each Tablet Contains: 6 parts Valerian Root (Quad-Strength) 1X, 3 parts Passiflora (Quad-Strength) 1X, 1 part Magnesium Carbonate 1X."
so that is a total of ten parts aka 60% Val, 30% Pass and 10% Mag-Carb.
i suspect Quad-Strength might not be specified or clarified anyplace (i couldn't find it - i looked) and as the thing says none of the things are regulated and the claims of curing anything are entirely up in the air and unverified.
basically, any time you are dealing with supplements there's nobody officially regulating or testing so you have to look around further and hope there are reviews and labs that are testing to see if what they claim to use is really in there and what the dosages really mean and if they're toxic or not.

Yep nice factor of 10. How much does a table weigh? Then we would know the milligrams of each ingredient.

don't see it anyplace i can find. they just give the dose based upon age and how many capsules per ... so, it's all up to their schedule for dosing, and consulting with your doc.

Hi Y'all!
I've been good, puppy (Karina) is getting bigger each day. Just found out yesterday March 10th, I have an Aunt on hospice. She just found out late November 2024 she has cancer and NOW it's throughout her body so the family is preparing for the unthinkable to happen.
Now that H is getting a taste of FARM LIFE he wants to eventually get a small place in the country and have a few animals (chickens, pig or two and a cow) and gardens but as it is I have a hard enough time getting him to do any outside work on our yard. Yes, he eventually does it cuz I keep nagging or he decides it needs to be done.
Really enjoying the weather these days now that it's Spring weather so it's almost time to get patio furniture out and get things set up for summer.
