I love my primary care doctor. Referred me to an orthopedic doctor who just happens to also work with the Cleveland Browns NFL team. Saw him this morning

Shoulder has adhesive capsulitis/frozen shoulder, exercise, prescription aleve, maybe a steroid shot in my shoulder joint

Nothing specific I did, doc said sometimes the shoulder gets angry

DD15 was diagnosed with this same issue this spring. She ended up doing PT for a few months, much better now.
