I'm just about done, lots of great info in this book. I didn't know I could sell my own beef. It's a good book, talks about a lot of stuff I didn't know about. Like state vs federal inspected processing facilities.

I got to page 136 and started to get hungry, so I put it up. I'll finish it tomorrow.

There's a good book out there for all type of butchering, wild or grown. Great pics and directions. It Is a fantastic book for anyone just getting into own harvesting. Really, once you have it, then what? big deal for newbie...they give some cooking info, too.


I'm having some good wake- up coffee....contemplating this colder day here.
