I use a heated mattress cover, have for years. Since I still work -- with some physical lifting & stretching -- my morning get up has a few "by the bed" stretches to loosen up the back & sides, get the muscles awake. Winters have me doing a little more since work is slack. Plus, Winters have me lifting a lot of hay bales!! I try to keep everything stretched out and in use because it does help you stay younger! Well, in the sense of movement.

Then, there's always a little goat wrangling to deal with...keeps you aware of staying agile

This morning get up had more sunshine out already -- still chilly at 36* out there.

I need to get hubby doing daily stretches. He should be able to manage that.

Dogs are doing ok. Just got to get Ares to get rid of the diarrhea. Hermes returned mostly to normal yesterday. Blood work for next few weeks. But looks like they are in the minority and should be ok.

I don’t know what I am doing trying to reply. I need help!! . Well I just wanted to say that I use a mattress warmer in the winter and with my surgery and back pain it helps. I know… I am ridiculous.
