I casually deboned two turkeys, which cost about $14 for 37.15 lbs.

I got 6 quarts mixed with white and dark meat, four of which are processing in my Carey auto pressure canner.

I've got two crockpots going until tomorrow morning, and I still have the back and breast bone for the 3rd crockpot round I'll have to do another day.
