Beef chain? Ive also heard it called called butcher chain or butchers special cut. Since the butchers usually took it home. Most people dont want to deal with it. It's the muscle on the side of the tenderloin primal that pulls off because of the silverskin. Have to remove it to make steaks.

This morning Flylady said it’s time to get the front porch cleaned and swept. I can guarantee you that the recliner DH put on the front porch is uglier and more broken than any of y’all’s front porch chairs and probably more dangerous too. I will let him now that my chore for today is to clean the porch but he asked me if I wanted to attend Mass. Sure but maybe not with a broken recliner in the back of the truck. So we can tend to that afterwards I guess. Then we can sit on the front porch. He already said something about throwing it away and putting the wooden rocker there anyway.

The wife's surgery Tuesday went okay. Still recovering in the hospital. Progress every day. Discharge in 2-3 days, hopefully
