I hurt my back today.....sort of like your husband(old herniated disc come back to haunt me)...excruciating pain and am immobilized on an ice pack as we speak. No, I'm not on narcotics...one would have to have some medical insurance to obtain actual medical care!

I am, however, very tired and this makes me a little.......silly.
