@farmerjan did you think it helped at all?

Personally, for dandelion, I like flowers shattered over a salad, and baby leaves made into pesto or pureed into a soup.

The baby leaves are not bitter.

Well I never considered making a syrup but I did make a tincture but to tell the honest truth it seems to be good for almost everything. I have taken more to the taste of it as food…like a side dish sautéed in butter with a little garlic. I generally forget to take it if it’s medicine but I love eating. It’s a plus if what I eat is actually healthy.
