Denim Deb Hay, hay, hay. Thank the Lord!

Yesterday, I had my first meeting w/a therapist. And, other than evaluating my knee and giving me some exercises I need to do on the days I don't have therapy, it was easy. Today, I had my first real therapy session. You'd never think that just the little bit of stuff he had me doing would make me soooo tired! And, he has me walking a bit differently.

First off, my knee doesn't really bend, so he was working on moving my knee cap. It did not feel good. Then, he had me go over the exercises I'll be doing at home, as well as a few others. Easy, piece of cake. Then, he had me doing more exercises. By the time I was done, I thought I was going to die. But, I will survive. I still need to go out and feed the animals, but I will survive. I'm one day closer to being able to do everything again.

Sorry. At least it's one way to get people's attention, and see if anyone is reading this or not. :hide

physical therapists, some of the few folks that get paid very good money to make you hurt because its "good for you" lol

Youll get through it and untill then *hugs*

Well, physical torture and physical therapy have the same "initials", so I guess pain is to be expected.

A lady at work says that her therapist puts her "in the headlock" . . . you're tough and determined - you'll get through it :hugs

OW OW and more OW
