I read tips in case of any disaster on a blog and want to share in context of current disasters especially fire.

As much as I despise the HSUS the list is very well done. However, I'm not so sure I would go out of my way to provide for the wild animals if there is a real bug-out situation.

I think we understand that. And thanks for the post. My feelings, however, are that the HSUS will try to secretly infiltrate unsuspecting groups to spread their poison. Vigilance is important to me.
