The better of the two agents just phoned to say she's got THREE sets of people coming to look at our place this weekend. One Saturday and two on Sunday :) Fingers, toes and eyes crossed! :fl

Yesterday I noticed an advert here, for a new local property site, so out of curiosity I clicked on it and did a quick search to see if our place is listed... It is... TWICE. The no-good agent listed our place on there at a lower price than we agreed on with the better agent! So there we are, two almost identical listings in a row with his a few K under her price. The only problem here is that he failed to discuss this with us. Which as far as I know can come back and bite him the in backside, should he get a potential buyer from that listing. We decided to to keep quiet for now and see what happens.
 
not sure about realtor B. thinking more and more that i wouldn't trust him any further than i could throw him. keep both eyes on him:ep
