The chicks made it to Tacoma at 9:50am so they should be to my post office soon

so Seabeck Post Office only gets one truck a day ,, at 7:30am,, the post office does not open until 8:30am,,,,,,Tacoma is one hour 30min away,,,, shall I be one of those people and go sit in the parking lot and wait for the truck and demand my chicks as soon as they open the truck??? and tick off the USPS for life,,
