Hmmmm...life sure is interesting.

The wife was at the doctor yesterday (dealing with troublesome permanent, but non major allergy issue). We are very careful on watching what she eats, but certain items used in processing (either manufacturing or preservatives) cause her issues. The doctor basically said if she wants salads again, she would have to raise them in her own garden to ensure the allergen remains absent.

Time to start polishing up that long-term plan with the immediate next steps.
