Sorry about your DS Jamie! STAY WELL!!! No letting him breathe your air or coughing in the house...build him a little hut outside and hose it with Lysol every day... JK...but really try not to get it I hate flu season!!! I am SO paranoid about folks coughing and buggy handles, and door knobs, and ....well you get the idea.

I'll probably get yelled at here on this site, but I get a flu shot every year. I work in a large office campus and the stuff that sweeps through there is nasty at times. Since getting the shots, I've been fine.

I have never had a flu shot. Ever. Never will. Every time I see someone with the flu they tell me they've had the flu shot. By the next time I see them, they have had the flu for over a week, and are just getting better and they always say something stupid like "Wow, wonder how bad it would've been if I hadn't got that flu shot?!" I think the flu shot is a flu ATTRACTANT! I rarely get it. I think I have had it maybe twice in my life.

I had it once. And, I've never had the shot. I was 12 when I had the flu.

Let's see, ice still hanging from the trees, snow and ice sitting on top of mud, and now a dense fog settling in.

I will have mud for WEEKS a big torrential rain is coming thru the next few days............

We'll have snow on the ground tomorrow, the day after, maybe in May yet, who knows with the way the weather is acting. We got 13 or so inches between Sunday and Monday. Our grill is surrounded by a 4 foot drift and dog is sniffing out mouse trails in the 2 1/2 foot drift that is our yard.

Spring can't come soon enough.

Right now, we have snow on the ground, but they're calling for rain! Never thought I'd be so happy to see rain coming.

Right now its wet out and muddy, and water is in little puddles everywhere. I hate it..........

Right now we're under a tornado watch until 10 pm tonight. :/ I dislike spring storms!!!! we already have about 3 inches of rain since late last night...and MORE coming. Ah well...chickens killed a snake the other day so spring is here for sure.
