I just reviewed yours, too. :plbb

Actually, that particular music (right or wrong) got me through some tough times decades ago.
No right or wrong...just not my thing ;) I have listened to most everuthing, country is not one i have ever gotten into much. My distant cousin is a country music star though  Go figure :p
Well, the postive is there, if I want "dad time" in the garage, basement, or whatever, a little "Guitars, Cadillacs,..." cranked up usually clears everyone out. There's a bright spot in everything!
:)
Eh, my kids actually like my music, so I have no out, btu at least it has a positive message for them. I still like some of the old stuff too ;)

Um....you are a newbie here, so I'll go gently on you. There is a rule about recipes in journals......you must post them!!!!

Same here!

I think you're going to fit in just fine. And, I wish I could find something to get the family to leave me alone at times, but I can't have anything too loud. It hurts my ears big time! :(

Thanks! I've seen you around the boards - are you near the Middlefield Amish or the Sugarcreek/Millersburg Amish?
Sorry but it's early and when I first read this I though you were asking OFG if she was Amish.

Welcome, I have not been over to BYC forever. I hope you enjoy our little group. :frow

Welcome aboard!! I see some synchronicity here... :)

55. Favorite drink? a good stout, dark ale
Lovely! Guiness Extra on draft, yum! And tell me you drink it at room temp :D

My favorite number is 13 and my mother had to pry me off the TV if Quantum Leap was on. Neato!

Thanks and hello!

Is there any other way to drink Guiness?

on Hulu.com the "free" stuff includes many Quantum Leap episodes, including the 2 hour pilot. Trying to do the cost-benefit analysis to see if the full subscription is worth it or not.
