As a young teenager, in addition to the farming/gardening stuff I was was learning, my mom made sure I really new how to cook - I can actually sew a little bit, too.

I have a large number of co-workers that brew their own beer at home. They would rather give me the spent grain rather than throw it in the trash or try to figure out what to do with it. It's just grain with the sugars leached out of it (non-alcoholic). The girls get some twice a week as treat. They love it.BarredBuff said:
