FarmerJamie - A new beginning

I'm making cranberry sauces for Thanksgiving/Xmas. Since the only real way I "celebrate" is to do much nomming together, I told all the potential houses at which I'll stop to mooch food that I'd be happy to handle the cranberry sauce :D

So, I figured I'd can it all pretty, one for that day, and a second to set aside :)

More or less:
1 bag cranberries,
an orange (juice and pulp)
a cheese cloth bag of herbs - nutmeg, peppercorns, and cinnamon

Cook until the berries all pop. Add honey to taste. Remove spices.

I'm assuming this is acidic enough to can?

Abi this may be a question for Freemotion? I'm just a little ol' country boy just figuring some of this stuff out. That question is above my pay grade! :P

Well, cranberries are pretty acidic and so are oranges. Surely it will can. But I'll ask Freem.

FREEEEEEEM! HALP HALP!!!
