I finally can decide on what the money can be spent on for HER. LOL
 
Depending on the amount, it can be a car note or house note that you now can make. It can be payment for college semesters to reduce college loan debt. Either way, it is a relief to finally be able to make that decision on where it goes.

Went with the son and my wife to look at some property last night. Nothing serious, wanted to feel them out and start a dialogue.

The tracts are long and narrow. Hard to center a house maximizing distance from the neighbors

Another surprise over the weekend. No details here, but I will share something I used as a motto during the darkest times, as it applies.
