Currently taking 5,000 units daily. Couple days in a row now with the light therapy. I appear to have caught the sinus crud.....

I find that turning on all the lights helps me....not the electric bill. But, the brightness does help keep you motivated. So, worth it. Plus my Q-10 has D & Bs all combined.

Eldest DD is now with her hubby. She starts her new job tomorrow. Dogs are getting settled in. Kids will be doing the moving truck thing next weekend, gathering up stuff they have stashed at friends and family

Made turkey vegetable soup with the leftover bird carcass. Creamy smooth. Wife had thirds. Making her throat feel better

I'm glad she's feeling better chicken or turkey soup are great healers as well as comfort food.
