Just make sure that you do not make ANY claims on your lotion bars... You can't say that they're for arthritis or anything, because then if you get busted, you're screwed, as it's then considered a "drug" and not a cosmetic, which makes you highly liable, etc, etc.

Don't forget to check rules/regs to make sure you can sell jams n such @ the market if they're not processed in a inspected kitchen ;)

yeah I have to ask about that. I have to get the permit from the county extension agent, they should know ;)

I figured you already knew.. ;) but thought I'd mention it.. I know in GA I could get in a heap-o-trouble just using my home kitchen...:rolleyes:
