Just make sure that you do not make ANY claims on your lotion bars... You can't say that they're for arthritis or anything, because then if you get busted, you're screwed, as it's then considered a "drug" and not a cosmetic, which makes you highly liable, etc, etc.

yeah I have to ask about that. I have to get the permit from the county extension agent, they should know
