Farmfresh City Homesteader - the sound of falling oaks.

You sure have been busy! Our potato vines died with the frost this spring. I should have left them in the container in the mud room!

and this fat girl was starting to overheat.....
Wait, wait, back up the truck....

You're fat??????!!!! :smack

I don't believe you. You're too active to be fat. I'm fat!! :plbb

I'm 5'9" too and weigh more than my 6'3" DH at the moment. Ugh. But I only have size 9 1/2 half feet which seems to be too small for this height because I am really clumsy. At least that is my excuse.

Yes, but your 6'3" DH is a MAN!

They never weigh as much as we do. Do they?
Nope, I think they have hollow bones or something. DH is built just like his father. Neither one keeps an ounce of fat on them. FIL turned 90 last month and still is in great shape. Grrrrrrrr.

My dh is 6'4" and has two hollow legs too. He was 190 when we got married ages ago; once got as high as 226, but stays around 204-206 these days. His mom's ancestral side of the family has genetically good health and they usually live to late 90's to 102.....

I have a friend who is in excellent health (eats heathly, doesn't drink caffeine, jogs daily, swims at the y, does weights, etc) yet has genetically high cholesterol and is on medication.

I am genetically short. :gig

I am short and fat...working on the latter though, after having seen the b-day pics from yesterday :/

Boy oh boy.....I have 3 strikes against me! Short.....fat...and old! LOL But, the one thing I do have, is a very loveing hubby. :D I am 5 ft nothing...and he is 6 ft 3" But honestly....I CAN outwork him. He has very little stamina. My grandpa used to say...we " come from good stock, MULES" :lau :/
