I've got you beat! We moved into our house about 23 years ago. It needed new windows, a new bathroom, new stove, new carpets and the baseboards had a ton of cat hair behind them. We pulled them off, washed walls, painted, put in new carpets and new windows, did some work to the bathroom and kitchen and moved in. 23 years later, I'm STILL waiting for even ONE room to be finished. :/ A couple of years ago, we finally found a new sink we both liked, so we bought it. And since then, it has been living behind my living room couch.

Hi FF, glad to hear you are doing well. Sorry about the back ache. I know it's been cold there this week. I am sure that does not help.

Your dh sounds like a wonderful person. Sometimes I think how a spouse acts is a direct reflection of their partner. You must be doing something right. Canning salsa is a huge step!!!

In my heart fresh Christmas trees are the best. I was suggesting we use the fake one this year to save money. My dh wouldn't have it. I'm glad he put his foot down. It smells wonderful.

Good to hear your decor is up and shopping done. I am lagging big time on the shopping. Gotta get on that.
