I have autism and seizures. I wonder if I could get a service dog... I'd have to be diagnosed with either disorder first, I suppose, and I avoid doctors like the plague unless they can fix something. I mean, I'd go in for a broken bone, pneumonia (okay I was forced to the doc with pneumonia but I was glad I went)....

And that's why I plan on training my own dog. There's no way I could afford to buy one, and I don't think I'm bad off enough w/my MD to qualify.
