One word of caution on using flax, is it is a thyroid depressor. Its fine in small amounts for most people, but if you have any hormone issues, its might be best to avoid it.

Well...it's for menopause stuff, soooooo...flax seed no good? :/

I would research carefully and proceed cautiously :)

What are you trying to balance? What other herbal and whole foods methods are there?
Maybe a tiny bit of flax combined with several other balancers...
