Over 90% of OTC comes from China. Any pain relief, spec vitamins -- C, D, Bs, calcium, etc. will be slower coming to restock. Plus higher cost. It's not panic time just review what you use and save a buck.

I’m outside a lot too, but still deficient in vitamin D. I take 6,000 units daily, as recommended by my doctor. If nothing else, stock up for next fall and winter.

Me too, Bay. Have been for years, plus they supposedly help with my depression. So I take them every single day of the year.

There is talk of downward pressure on pork prices. Since we're not shipping as much to China all of a sudden. If so, I'll quickly use alot of what I've got frozen, and then restock. Don't know about beef prices tho, if they will be lowering.

Back in early February, I bought lots extra of the herbal antifungal that actually works on me unlike all the OTC ones. Blood sugars get too high, armpit starts itching. Stuff is from China so planned.

Got extras of hubby's cpap stuff. Extra earbuds and sleep mask for me. Mask lasts but the charging wire eventually can break. Happened on old one. Nothing like answering the phone from a sleep mask.

I have a rotation of foods that I'd stocked up on. I'm keeping it up as I use. Store brand canned green beans were $.50 in early February. $.72 now.

Extra rice. Extra sugar and flour.

Mom did a little shopping today, said that both pork and butter were down quite a bit. so we're having potato and ham soup next.

Butter freezes very well

I really like rice, perhaps a little too much liking. It spikes my blood sugar and causes FB stomach to sound like there is "monster in my stomach". She found some organic black rice that she called forbidden rice. It's has a really good flavor. No more "monster in my stomach" or blood sugar spike.
