I dilute all my Dawn dish liquid, shampoos, etc. We never get just a couple drops at a time & it's a waste. Also, cut open tubes of ??? Always a lot in there when you think it's empty. It's $$$. I keep a few tubes of tomato paste concentrate on hand, big loss there if not cut open.

@CrealCritter looks like it's almost "cut & contribute" time . And summer cometh - cooler!

I was saving up the awesome news about getting a new daughter in law and granddaughter. My son got them both a . My new soon to be daughter in law is a real sweetheart, she adopted . And my son not only proposed to my new daughter in law but asked her daughter if he could be her dad. They both accepted

Yes \o/ keep on bringing the grands. A pawpaw can never have too many grands . I still have room in my heart for a lot more.

Watch for pork sales. Boston butts here....I'll have them cut one into 3 "steaks" for me, vac seal at home. Sometimes I don't want to cook a full one. When loins go on sale again, I'll buy & slice into chops. Couple $ a# less than any already cut.

Apples are way up this year of course locally they're shipped because VA apples are a little later. I've got plenty of applesauce & apple butter BUT my milking doe expects one in her milk stand feed . Just a thought.

Cheap apples can be had here in the late summer and fall. Well over on the east side of the mountains. Sometimes Hmart even buys big boxes of them to sell cheap. Small, unwashed and perfect for just running through my apple peeler
