i think mostly all grown foods apply. Some foods actually look like a body part that we have... for example celery looks like bones, sweet potatoes sometime look like pancreases....

When any of us have a cold or respiratory ailment coming on this is our medicine. It works great and has never failed. One clove of garlic chopped or crushed, a tablespoon of fresh ginger chopped, 1/2 tsp of red pepper flakes, and lemon juice and honey to taste. Brew the garlic, ginger and red pepper in a tea mug of hot water and add the lemon juice and honey to taste before using. For the first dose we drink the whole cup but then we take just a couple of spoonfuls every two hours for the next couple of days. It clears the sinuses and helps with sore throats and coughs. Breathing the vapors off of it while it is steaming feels nice too.
