You're right Deb, and thanks. I'm always amazed at how you just keep going and going. I always think of you as the energizer bunny.


. I do have 6 days a week of 1/2 cardio and 4 days of pilates. Just started the pilates and its amazing!
Yesterday was a great day!
My favorite kind: barnyard mutts! Laying hens are going so fast around here I can't keep up or you have to drive over a hundred miles round trip. So I'll grow these out and see what happens. It was supposed to just be a dozen but a couple of times the guy said... that's definitely a roo but we'll toss them in anyway...
