I use apple flavored horse ivermectin on a piece of bread. They smell it and go nuts for it.

No, it isn’t. Unless they’re wormy, which is usually pretty evident in pigs.

Agree - if they are in good body condition and their poop is firm and piggy like - no real reason. If they're skinny, not gaining weight and have loose stool it would be warranted.
