If you want a lower price or free shipping on a product, fill your shopping cart and start to check out. Close the window before putting payment information in. Wait a bit and check your email. You'll probably get an email offer for a percent off and/or free shipping. (Hack doesn't apply to big retailers like amazon, walmart, target, etc.)

I just saved $20 on something I would have bought anyway in a regional store (to avoid paying for shipping). I saved $60/month on online therapy by using this tactic.

I open several tabs to find my best price and shipping. Never tried that tactic. Thanks!
