God bless you "deep southerners" for the temps and humidity and heat indexes you are dealing with down there.... I don't think that I could do it. Temps over 90 for days on end is tough for here.... at least the nights have been cooling off to tolerable levels....
 
I think something was wrong with our weather reports today... It's been reading 46 on my phone most of the day, but the thermometer on our front porch is reading 87 right now.... At first I was wondering if they'd gotten Celsius mixed up with Fahrenheit, but that would have put us at something like 114F, and I KNOW it wasn't THAT hot.
 
Our heat index was 100 before 8am this morning. This too will pass...this too will pass.... eventually. But why does eventually take so long???

Supposed to have 3 doelings going this weekend...guy better show up or they will be listed and the price goes UP!

DH is going to tackle installing the new disposal. SCARY!!!
 
DRUM ROLL PLEASE! I don't know who this man is that is living in my house these days - but whoever he is - he installed the disposal! AND IT WORKS!!

Woke up to the last baby being born this morning. Single buckling - but he's 3/4 Kiko so he might be a keeper. Man, I love these Kiko's and Kiko crosses. I don't even worry about them kidding. They just do their job and get on to the business of raising that baby.

And, to make it an even better day - I just sold three doelings to a repeat customer. Love it!

DH saved us $100+ by installing the disposal and I made a handful of cash on those babies so we should go out and celebrate, right? Oh wait....can't do that just yet. Sigh.... guess I'll get on Amazon and go shopping. Surely I can find something to spend my money on, lol.
