Crazy huh, lol. When he was wet, I couldn't see the brownish spots at all...

Same here. Last yr a doe had what appeared to be one black & one brown. A week later strange coloring. A month later, two dappled bucks! . I really had to figure out who they were, one day.

I really liked the looks of him until I picked him up this morning and found a split scrotum. Pretty pronounced too...boo. OH well, he'll make a nice wether and probably taste pretty good too.
